Gnomeregan Forever

Well youre going to have to work for it. Since I cannot think of a better way to decide which of you nifty Gnomes gets my spare Hearthsone Closed Beta Key, I'm going to let you show me how bad you want it. It works like this...

WORK ORDERS
Each time your guild character fills a Work Order for the guild, I will award you one numbered credit in this thread. At the next guild meeting I will /roll to randomly pick one of those numbered credits to be the lucky winner! Obviously, the more Work Orders you fill for the guild between now and then, the better your chances of winning!

HOW TO FILL A WORK ORDER
Gathering - The Guild always needs raw materals to help our crafters skill up. Gather the listed quantities of one or more of the below listed items, and mail them to: Shortchange and I will award you one numbered credit. Please note: Each shipment must be UNIQUE! For example: the first six stacks of Copper Bars you send will count, but the second six stacks of Copper Bars you send will NOT count! However if for example you gathered six stacks each of Copper Bars, Iron Bars, Frostweave Cloth, and Green Tea Leaf, that would count as four unique Work Orders filled.

Common Metal Bars - Six Stacks of any one of these will fill a Work Order. Please note: Bars ONLY, no Ore! Copper, Tin, Bronze, Iron, Mithril, Thorium, Fel Iron, Adamantite, Cobalt, Saronite, Obsidium, Elementium, Ghost Iron.

Rare Metal Bars - The number of stacks listed after each type will fill a Work Order. Gold (4), Truesilver (4), Dark Iron (1), Khorium (1), Titanium (3), Pyrium (3), Trillium (2).

Common Cloth - Six Stacks of any one of these will fill a Work Order. Please note: Cloth ONLY, no Bolts! Linen, Wool, Silk, Mageweave, Runecloth, Netherweave, Frostweave, Embersilk, Windwool.

Common Herbs - Sorry Herbalists we dont have room to stock the countless types of herbs so we're only accepting Pandaria herbs at this time. Six Stacks of any one of these will fill a Work Order. Green Teal Leaf, Silkweed, Snow Lily, Rain Poppy

Rare Herbs - The number of stacks listed after each type will fill a Work Order. Fools Cap (3), Golden Lotus (1)

Common Leather - Six Stacks of any one of these will fill a Work Order. Light Leather, Medium Leather, Heavy Leather, Thick Leather, Rugged Leather, Core Leather, Knothide Leather, Borean Leather, Savage Leather, Exotic Leather, Rugged Hide, Thick Hide, Light Hide, Medium Hide, Heavy Hide.

Crafting - This is a little more nebulous than the above. But basically if you craft something that benefits the guild (or someone in it) substantively, I'll award you a credit. For example: If you craft a gear upgrade for one of our members on your guild character, have them send me a letter telling me what you made for them. I'll check their armory, and if they have it equipped, I'll award you a credit. Enchant another member's gear...same deal. Make someone a set of Glyphs, same again. Make some belt buckles, or Feasts, or Flasks, or Armor Patches for the guild bank, Ill award you a credit. If youre not sure if something will get you a credit talk to me first and we'll work something out.


Good Deeds - Run a lower level member through THREE at-level dungeons, have them send me a letter telling me you did and I'll award you a credit. Give a another member a Rare quality pet they dont have in their collection and earn a credit. Be creative. If youre not sure if something you want to do will get you a credit just ask me first and we'll work something out.

REMINDERS:

1. This incentive runs from now until the start of the next guild meeting!
2. Mats must be MAILED to: SHORTCHANGE, dont just cram them in the guild bank.
3. Confirmation letters should be mailed directly to Forbidra.

Thanks. I'm always trying to come up with crazy new ideas to help motivate people and grow the guild. Sometimes they are successful, and sometimes they arent. *shrug*

are we allowed to buy mats from the auction house?

I would prefer that you did not buy things from the AH for multiple reasons, but primarily because I love you guys and I dont want you to deplete your gold reserves trying to win this.

Also remember that Beta keys are starting to go out thick and fast now both in the US and in the EU. So you could receive one in the mail soon anyway. So dont kill yourself over this one. =)
